All sales are final, no exchanges and no returns will be accepted. Finished custom orders and fragrance oils are never returnable or refundable.
 
Warranties
We do our best to make our products strong and all of our products are covered with one free repair/ replacement warranty. If you would like to re-make a piece, fees vary per item. After the warranty is redeemed, there will be a fee for replacements and repairs.
