Shipping Policy
After full payment, all products will be shipped within 1-7 business days. If there are any delays in shipment, you will be notified.
custom pieces policy
Depending on the price of the item you request, a $10 or more deposit is required before we start making your piece. Due to a high demand for customs, the wait time is 1-2 weeks. If you would like your item in 1-3 business days, there will be a rush delivery fee.

Canceling an order
All orders can be canceled within 24 hours of ordering. If a deposit for a custom order has already been made and/or the piece/s is far in the process of being made, we cannot cancel the order. Please respect our time so we can continue to give the best service.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final, no returns will be accepted. Finished custom orders and fragrance oils are never returnable or refundable. However, if your item should break/ have defects we will repair/replace it. Fees may apply on top of the 1 year warranty dependin g on your item.
Warranties
We do our best to make our products strong and all of our products are covered with one free repair/ replacement warranty. If you would like to re-make a piece, fees vary per item. After the warranty is redeemed, there will be a fee for replacements and repairs.
