  • How Do I Start A Custom Order?
    Request a Custom Order Quote Here: https://www.tropicalfalcon.com/custom-orders-form and we will set up an in-person or virtual meeting with you. Serious inquires only. Please note that customs take 2-3 weeks to process and 3-7 business days to deliver or ship out. If you want your items quicker, there will be a rush fee; please know this option won't be available for all orders as they do take time to ensure the best quality. You will always be updated throughout the process and if we should encounter delays. We understand that the custom orders process is not for everyone; so, if you believe you are not a patient person, DO NOT place an order. Our custom orders are special because we put our love into each piece as they are carefully curated, solely for you. Please be respectful of our time and patient if we should encounter delays because we are HIGHLY REQUESTED yet do everything to ensure orders are timely. Our processing time is not yet like Amazon's. Note: there are NO REFUNDS for custom order once we started making the item. You have 24 hours, to cancel, after submitting a custom order quote request NOT after you submit a deposit.   • Do you offer warranties on your items?
    Yes! All items we sell comes with a warranty for one replacement*/ free repair.* After that, all repairs/replacements are $20.00 & up. *Depending on the value and availability of the materials used to make your piece, a fee may apply for replacement for our ready-made and/or custom items.   • Do You Accept Returns?
    No. At the moment, we do not accept returns on any items. Thus, if you wish to cancel an item please message us within 24 hours after your order. For custom orders, please call or text us to cancel your quote request. If your items are defective or sizing is off, we will fix that for you.
